What wrong with them? I remember when I was in school they have a name for kids that have learning issues and emotionally issues call them retarded. I don't believe that shit. What is your opinion and why?

It's called commodity. Meaning they may have a learning disability, but they also have behavioral problems.

There is 2 or more causes why they act they way they do.

Just because you have a developmental delay in behavior, doesn't mean your retarded learning your education.
