Some old greek philosopher said something about kids learning?
I know there was one, dont remember his name. He had some ideas that kids learnt best when they were out in the free and not locked in a classroom. Am I right? What else did he think about these issues? According to him, what was the best way to make kids learn new things back then?

It's not an old greek philosopher it's rousseau, in his book Emile.
The city is full of vices, so children should be educated as far away from the cities as possible.
