What are kids learning about in US public school today?
Doen't it seem to anyone else here that kids now are not getting the same quality education we got 20 years ago? They can't spell and have no knowledge of US history. What, exactly, are they teaching today?

Technology. Students are learning more about technology than anything else because this world is changing more than in the past.
I went back to college (at middle-age). I got quite an education in education! The cheating was astronomical and people, who couldn’t construct sentences, made honor rolls.
I can’t even think any more about it – it makes me ill!
I live in Canada but the US should have some. Try looking into an established Montessori School or School that is IB (International Baccalaureate).
